It is natural for a human to experience different emotions over a period of a day, week, month, year and a whole life. Emotions are corporate part of our own lives, but some adult person, even most of them have never tried to manage their emotions. Some, who tried, often do it wrong on the principle of emotional repression. The majority of adults suggest the emotions are heaven-born and there can be no efforts to school feelings.
That is the way of the world, people prefer and easier get used to bad, negative emotions. We usually get used from the early childhood to feel fear, worriment, aggression, irritation and anxiety to the detriment of common sense and to the detriment of our health. We do it only because we don’t know what to feel else. It is some kind of paradox, but our parents teach their favorite child to be frightened and get angry, in preference to enjoying of each day of our lives.
It is so happened and you shouldn’t try to find a guilty person to sound off about it. You’ll just reproduce a model of negative reaction one more time. It doesn’t matter who is in fault, today you answer for your wrong-doings and wrong thinking. At your age you ought to have settled down and to improve on your mental aspects and all your life.
