If you are awake to faults and ready to start working with wrong-thinking, a heavy self-knowledge workload is on your plate. It would be better if you will find an appropriate literature or join an affinity group.
First try to specify the most scabrous problem that upsets you more than others. You need to find your belief that causes this problem. For example, people who usually show impatience and anger, as a rule have a belief that they would get nothing without aggression. A distressing and fearful person believes that outworld is not safe and is looking for a way to defend him.
So spend some time looking for your general believes those cause your bad thoughts. If you believe outworld is not safe, you might worry about your immune resistance, about house robbery and fire protection, you hate scratches and suggestibility (because you believe that world wants to hit you). In one word, find it and formulate in a short phrase: "I believe that...".
This is your belief and it controls you. You probably get it in early childhood. Our parents usually get us our general believes. For example, if your parents outtalk you that earnings is a very difficult thing, when you were a little child, you may still be short of money.
Hereafter, the last step: change you believe! Reformulate it into positive one. There are two rules:
- Use present, say about your wishes in the present time, don’t say "I will be…" but "I am...";
- Never use negation. Don’t say "I’m not afraid of...". Your unconscious can’t hear "not", prefer "I am safe".
Make you new believe, say it to yourself as often as it is possible, say over and over again. Nail your colors to the mast; you need 21 day as an inferior limit to replace your wrong belief. Be patient and you will get best results.
